ANNUAL MEETING BOSTON TERRIER CLUB OF AMERICA, INC. November 11, 2008  

President McCollough called the meeting to order at 8:12 p.m. (EST). Present were: Ola Jeanne McCollough, Joyce Fletcher, Melany Anaya, Sharon Stoll, Linda Jett, Peggy Jackson, Dick Wiest and Dane LaJoye. Richard Nix, Carolyn Gastley and Marby Kelly were absent.

Roll Call - Anaya

Interim Board Appointee - President McCollough advised the board that a dues check from Kathleen Brewer was not received for the 2008-2009 fiscal year and that Brewer had not provided proof of payment to either McCollough or Richard Nix and therefore Brewer is no longer a member of the BTCA. McCollough suggested Maureen Blackwood fill the vacancy until a new election is held.

Motion by Fletcher to ask Maureen Blackwood to fill the vacant director’s job until the end of the fiscal year on June 30, 2009. Seconded by LaJoye. Motion approved.

Meeting adjourned at 8:17 p.m. (EST)
