BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
BOSTON TERRIER CLUB OF AMERICA, INC.
February 10, 2009  

President Ola Jeanne McCollough called the meeting to order at 8:02 p.m. (EST). Present were Ola Jeanne McCollough, Melany Anaya, Sharon Stoll, Linda Jett, Richard Nix, Peggy Jackson, Dane LaJoye, Maureen Blackwood and Joyce Fletcher. Marby Kelly and Dick Weist joined late. Carolyn Gastley was absent.

Roll Call – Anaya

Discussion regarding comp’d rooms at the national and clarification to a motion that was approved at the meeting on October 14, 2008. Fletcher motioned that anyone who receives comp rooms, including the Show Chair, Co-Show Chair, Judges Education Chair, Assistant Judges Education Chair and the Treasurer, may not show dogs that they own or co-own. Motion seconded by LaJoye. Motion approved.

A motion was made by Anaya to adjourn.  Meeting adjourned at 8:17 p.m. (EST).
